JobSpace.bg will automatically anonymization the personal data after the expiration of 6 months after the applying, but you will have access to the exchanged correspondence and the entered notes about the applicant.

Furthermore, based on your classification, the candidate will be notified if he/she is approved or not by the position, which he/she applied for. This is an easy way to give feedback on jobseekers' applications and the feedback plays a key role in the image of your organization.
JobSpace.bg identifies when a candidate from an account has applied for your open position and does not permit re-application. This does not allow unnecessary recurring applications. Warning: It does not valid if the applicant applies for another open position of your company.
