• Basic understanding of software development, experience as a developer is preferred
• Experience with Customer Interaction
• Knows how to write use cases
• Good communicator
• English language skills both verbal and written

Responsibilities:

• Research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade hardware and software interfaces with the operating system.
• Analyze and evaluate present or proposed business procedures or problems to define data processing needs
• Create descriptions and sequence diagrams
• Identify integration points and options
• Communicate with development and third-parties about technical issues
